New Release Picks
Hi dolls! Recently we've had so many new floors come out: YH, Trails, Active, and MR. (just to name a few), so I decided to make a list of my Top 5 favorite pieces that were released.
Pick N° 1 - Gucci Inspired Spring Scarf | MR. Garcon
Although there are already so many stores for us girl dolls, I just couldn't resist this beautiful Gucci scarf. The colors and the tie of the scarf just make it such an easy and beautiful statement to any outfit.
Pick N° 2 - Elie Saab Inspired Couture Silk Dress | Runway
This dress overall is just a gorgeous piece. Although it's pretty expensive, the color and detail of the gown make up for it. I love it's bust knot and the beautiful decorative jewels on the waist. It really gives the gown some added sophistication.
Pick N° 3 - Yamamoto Vintage Inspired Shirt | Windows On The World
I was rather pleased with some of the WOTW pieces that were released, especially this sweater. I love the cutout; it slightly resembles something that we've received in a LE release in the past. It's such a simple piece that really creates an edge to any casual outfit.
Pick N° 4 - Ballet Training Body | Active
For the price, this piece is definitely the winning piece from this past weeks new releases. The body is so simple making it easy for styling. I really love the neck design on this body as it's not very high but at a very comfortable level.

My final pick is this gorgeous pair of ripped jeans. Unfortunately, the price doesn't quite justify the piece or it's brand, but it still is one of my favorites that was released this week. The rips are different from any other jeans we've gotten on Stardoll, although, there has been the exact same pair that cycled through when Subcouture came onto Stardoll but in a denim blue color.
The Worst Release of the Week: Young Hollywood
Unfortunately, Stardoll didn't impress when it came to recreating the many unique Oscar gowns. They had such a large variety of gowns to choose from, yet they still failed to impress from choosing which celebrities to executing the gowns. The beautiful old hollywood gown worn by Emma Stone was limp with no effort put into the fringe, it seems. The infamous white gown worn by Chrissy Teigen was made into a top and skirt rather than the beautiful one piece gown it was. Finally, the Priyanka Chopra gown was just a bad choice to recreate.
