Keep fit: Banana & cinnamon waffles recipe

We all love to keep fit, don't we? But we sometimes find it difficult, because let's face it - even though food's delicious, most of the delicious food we eat is unhealthy or rich in calories. So I'm here today to show you a healthy recipe for you to take care of your body and at the same time eat something really sweet and yummy... this a healthy waffle recipe, and easy to do, too!
FIT RECIPE
Banana & cinnamon waffles
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 1/2 banana
- a little vanilla extract
- sweetener to taste
- cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
Procedure:
- Blend or mix all ingredients
- Put on waffle iron (previously oiled)
And it's done!
